What are your most common destinations?

Do you go to NYC and group events?
Yes! We provide transportation for NYC trips, weddings, corporate events, wine tastings, sporting events, family outings, and individual travel.
Do you offer one-way and round-trip service?
Yes! We offer both one-way and round-trip transportation services.
Do you monitor flights for airport transportation?
Yes! We monitor incoming flights and adjust pickup times based on updated ETAs – 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and 60-minute grace period for international flights, added to the flight’s ETA.
Is alcohol permitted in your vehicles?
No. We maintain a strict no-alcohol policy onboard our vehicles.
Do you offer transportation for weddings and special events?
Yes! Weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate outings, festivals, and casino nights are a core part of our services.
Do you offer recurring or corporate transportation?
Yes! We work with businesses and organizations needing recurring, scheduled, or on-demand transportation. We recommend creating an account for ease of booking.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuity is not included in your online price and may be added at your discretion or provided directly to your driver. Suggested gratuity is 18%-20%.
What happens if my event runs late or times change?
Additional time beyond the contracted service may result in additional charges, as outlined in your service agreement.
What is your cancellation policy?
For individuals, families, and small groups, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to pick-up. For large events such as weddings and corporate events, cancellations must be made 36 days in advance.
